Refund Policy
At EveryNourish, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. Our refund policy is designed to be as hassle-free as possible, and we will do our best to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678. If the order has not left our Roma facility, we will be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns & Refunds for Online Orders
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
Non-returnable Items
Please note, certain items are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons. This includes any food items that have been prepared and are not in their original sealed packaging.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team in Roma, we will send you a notification of receipt. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.
Refunds for In-store Purchases
For items purchased in our physical store located at Via Margherita, 47, Roma, 00185, Italy, the same return window of 30 days applies, and items must be in their original packaging and condition. Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment with receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will make arrangements to send a replacement or refund your order, including any shipping fees.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at +39 06 1234 5678 and send your item to our address provided during the initial contact.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
